BAINBRIDGE, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster County man has been charged in a shooting incident that injured another man outside his Bainbridge home early Saturday.

Jimmy C. Flowers II, 30, faces two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless endangerment for the incident in the first block of N. Front Street, Susquehanna Regional police said.

Flowers exchanged words with 25-year-old Kenneth Lloyd Sumpman before he allegedly removed a gun from his vehicle and pointed it at Sumpman's neck, police said.

Sumpman, of Elizabethtown, then turned and put his hand up, and the gun discharged and struck him in the right hand, police said.

Sumpman went to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment.

Police found Flowers at his home and arrested him without incident. He was sent to Lancaster County Prison on $30,000 bail.
