LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

An East Earl man has been arrested for an armed robbery at the Lancaster Travel Plaza last month.

Jason David Jarvis, 33, is one of two men involved in the heist in which a man with a bandana covering his face demanded money while displaying a knife, then fled to a waiting vehicle where a second person was waiting, according to East Lampeter Township police.

Jarvis was charged Friday with robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, and theft by unlawful taking.

A similar knife point robbery occurred two hours earlier in Manheim Township, at the Turkey Hill at 806 New Holland Avenue, but authorities have not announced charges against Jarvis in that crime.

Police are also seeking information on the second suspect, who remains at large.

Anyone with information is asked to call East Lampeter Township police at 717-291-4676.
