MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Dover man accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl at a Mechanicsburg home has allowed all charges to proceed to Cumberland County Court.

Jeremy Lynn Crone, 35, waived his preliminary hearing Monday before a district judge, who set a formal arraignment for Jan. 23.

Mechanicsburg police last month charged Crone with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors.

Police said they began investigating Crone in July after receiving information from Cumberland County Children and Youth Services that the girl was being sexually assaulted by him.
