President Barack Obama apologized to millions of Americans who are losing their health care plans because they don't meet the minimum benefit standards of the Affordable Care Act.
The president repeatedly promised that people could keep their current insurance, but now nearly 15 million could lose their limited insurance plans they currently have.
The Obama Administration believes those Americans who lose their plans will be better off in the long term.
Congressman Scott Perry said he believes the President's apology is genuine, but said it's not enough.
Perry said the plan was put in place under false pretenses since the President didn't keep his promise that Americans could keep their current coverage.
Perry says the Obama Administration needs to come up with a solution.
