A 25-year-old man is expected to survive after being shot in the pelvis at a York house party early Saturday morning.
The Northern York County Regional Police Department was dispatched to the 1000 block of North George St. in York at around 3 a.m.
According to officials, a York County man had been shot in the pelvic region. The victim is expected to survive his injuries.
Officers said the shooting suspect fled prior to police arrival.
Investigation revealed there was a party at the home on North George St. During the party, arguments arose and tempers flared between the victim and others at the party.
According to authorities, 27-year-old Randolph Kline brandished a pistol and fired one round at the victim, who was taken to York Hospital for his injury.
Detectives located Kline at his home; he was then taken to the York County Judicial Center where he was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, persons not to possess a firearm and firearms not to be carried without a license.
