A Williamstown man killed during a domestic dispute Saturday morning was shot three times, Dauphin County Coroner Graham Hetrick said Monday.
James Harbst, 27, was gunned down in the 100 block of Lenker Drive after he brought a woman home and the two were confronted by her husband, 53-year-old Roberto Souffront.
Souffront then assaulted his wife to the extent that she needed to be hospitalized, police said. She was treated and later released.
Souffront has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder, burglary, aggravated assault, reckless endangering, and possessing an instrument of crime.
He is being held in Dauphin County Prison without bail.
