1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups canned pumpkin (non-spiced) *if using spiced, add following spices sparingly:
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
3 tbls. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1 bag ginger snap cookies
1. Soften cream cheese in microwave.
2. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy with ginger snap cookies.
