Chicken breast - boneless/skinless- cut into strips
Pork - boneless pork loin is great-cut into strips or chunks
Red onion- 1 small cut into strips
Bell pepper - 1 large diced or strips
Mushrooms - 4-5 sliced
Apples- (no need to peel) core & slice 1 large, any variety will do (I like Winesap)
Orange - remove seeds and slice thin, rind and all
Mustard - regular yellow (Ballpark is OK)
Oil - to prevent sticking
Basil - 1 tsp.
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp.
White/black & red pepper - to taste
1. In large skillet add just enough oil to prevent sticking. Add seasoning, oranges, half apples to oil, stir for couple minutes.
2. Add meats, all veggies and fruit and sauté on low until meat is done and second apples added begin to break down.
3. Pull meat and plate-spoon sauce and pan contents over meats.
