CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

The Franklin County coroner has released the name of a third person who died after a weekend crash on Interstate 81.

Adam Pecht, 84, of Huntingdon Valley, died early Monday at York Hospital, Coroner Jeffrey Conner said.

Seventy-year-old John Reardon of Doylestown and 84-year-old Anna Pecht of Huntingdon Valley were pronounced dead at the scene.

Four others were injured when a northbound SUV crossed the median Sunday afternoon and struck Reardon's vehicle in the southbound lanes at mile marker 21 in Greene Township.

Adam and Anna Pecht were passengers in Reardon's car, which was then pushed into a third vehicle.

Police have said Sunday's freezing rain may have played a role in the crash, but the investigation is ongoing.
