Lancaster police have filed charges in a gunshots fired incident Tuesday night in the 200 block of E. Clay Street.

Angel Manuel Rosa, 48, of Lancaster Township, has been charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of recklessly endangering, and one summary count of discharging a firearm, police said Friday.

Police previously said two people witnessed what they believed to be a domestic disturbance and chased a man involved in the incident toward the intersection of N. Lime and E. Clay streets, where a third person known to the man pulled a handgun and fired at least one round, police said.
