Pennsylvania Superior Court has upheld the 150- to 300-year prison sentence imposed on a convicted child molester in Dauphin County.
Terrance Germaine King, 55, of Harrisburg, received the sentence in October 2012 after he was convicted of molesting six girls between the ages of 6 and 15.
In some cases, prosecutors said King would give the girls cold medicine to sedate them.
He previously had a 1992 conviction for molesting two 7-year-old Harrisburg girls and a 2009 conviction for sexually abusing another girl.
According to prosecutors, the sentence is the longest non-murder sentence in Dauphin County.
