Amherst County, VA – We now know the name of the victim and the suspect the Amherst County Sheriff's Office is looking for in connection to a suspicious death Tuesday.
Shortly before 2 p.m., the body of 30 year old Jennifer Harper Johnson was found in her home following a 911 call.
Police are currently looking for Cordell Lionel Carter, a 49 year old male of Old Rustburg Road in Campbell County.
Warrants have been issued charging Carter with murder.
Carter is 5'10" and weighs 210'. He's considered armed and dangerous. If you know where he is, call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-798-5900.
So for no more details about Johnson's death are being released pending an autopsy.

Amherst Co., VA – Public safety officials are investigating a suspicious death at a house at 1773 South Amherst Highway, according to Public Safety Director Gary Roakes.
According to investigators, shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday, a 911 call was received and a white female was unresponsive. Deputies found a dead female at the scene.
Officials have issued a "Be On the Lookout" (BOLO) for a male considered to be armed and dangerous, though ABC 13 could not confirm any additional information as of this writing.
On Old Rustburg Road, ABC 13's Carleigh Griffeth reports that Campbell County authorities, including around 10 tactical units surrounded a house earlier and searched the residence around 6:30 p.m.
The search was related to the suspicious death in Amherst County, officials told ABC 13.
Campbell County investigators had been eyeing the house since 4:30 p.m. but didn't search the home until 6:30 p.m.
Nothing has turned up, according to our reporter on the scene.
Campbell County says they are waiting on Amherst County Investigators to arrive to take over the situation later tonight.
ABC 13 has a crew on the scene at 1773 South Amherst Highway, and reports that numerous Amherst County Deputies, Public Safety Officials, and State Police are near a house that has crime tape up around it.
The house is just past Briarwood Memorial Gardens.
VDOT has closed the right northbound lane of Route 29 for safety, because there are so many police vehicles parked along the roadway.
Use caution if traveling in the area.
Authorities are not releasing any additional information at this time.
