Preliminary hearing for former Pelham Assistant Principal Delayed

The preliminary hearing for former Pelham High School Assistant Principal Catherine Bell has been pushed back.

According to court documents, the 33 year old faces several charges for allegedly having sex with a student. The hearing was originally scheduled for January 16, but has been moved to March 5, 2014.

Bell worked at Pelham High School and has since resigned. She is charged with 3 counts of a school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student under the age of 19 years.
