CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

A woman and her 4-year-old son were injured when their minivan was struck by a set of wheels that came off a pickup truck in Cumberland County.

North Middleton Township police said Brittany May and her son were transported to Carlisle Regional Medical Center for treatment after the accident Wednesday afternoon in the 1400 block of Waggoners Gap Road.

Police said Robert Campbell of Port Royal was driving a 2001 Ford F150 with real dual wheels and the left dual wheels came off the axle. One of the wheels struck the 2002 Ford Windstar that May was driving.

Campbell and his passenger were not hurt.
