American National University Hosts Career Fair in Lynchburg

Posted:

Lynchburg, VA – Several people got a chance to get a leg up on their new job at the career fair at The American National University.

The Lynchburg campus welcomed both their students and the general public.

There were over dozen companies from Startek, to Team Nurse, to Blue Ridge Re-Entry, who set up to find help.

More than 100 job seekers came out.

"I'm really looking for a medical assistant job or something to work my way up and to enhance my career," explained American National University Student & Job Seeker Angel Cunningham.

"At least two women are really excited about learning more about the company and how they can launch a career with Stella & Dot," said Stella & Dot Senior Stylist Liesel Lancaster.

The event was free for both employers and job seekers.
