LEBANON, Pa. (WHTM) -

The state attorney general's office has filed criminal charges against a Lebanon County court official for allegedly failing to report DUI convictions.

Lisa Arnold, the county's clerk of courts, failed to provide PennDOT with the required information 203 times between Jan. 1, 2013 and Oct. 24, 2013, according to court documents.

As the clerk of courts, Arnold is required to report DUI convictions or acquittals within 10 days after final judgment.

According to the criminal complaint, Arnold directed her staff to not participate in the notification process, and kept confiscated drivers' licenses and associated paperwork in a plastic bag in a filing cabinet.

Arnold, 48, of Lebanon, was charged with one count of obstructing administration of law or other government function and one count of failure to comply with provisions of subchapter 6323 of Title 75 (reports by courts).

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled Feb. 13.
