Roanoke, VA - The man who was convicted of driving drunk and causing a deadly crash on I-581 is set to appear in court later Monday to learn his sentence.
In September, Timothy Wellons pleaded no contest to charges of involuntary manslaughter, DUI, and assault.
Wellons faces 42 years in prison.
Witnesses say they saw Wellons driving erratically and swerving before the crash last June.
Two tractor trailer drivers were killed.
ABC 13 has a crew in the courtroom for today's hearing at 2 p.m. and will bring you the latest on Wellons' sentence as we get it.
