Police have filed charges against a man who allegedly defrauded his Lancaster County employer.
Scott A. Burkholder, 47, of Morgantown, was employed by Landmark Builders of Ephrata when he used a company credit card to buy goods and services totaling $22,821.30 between January 2012 and November 2013, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional police.
Some of the purchases made by Burkholder were tires, food, gasoline and tools from various locations, police said.
Burkholder turned himself into police Tuesday and was arraigned before a district judge. He is currently free on $10,000 unsecured bail.
