The bulk of the storm is over and many of us are now in clean-up
We are watching some snow showers on the back side of the storm
that is currently over Virginia. This area is known as the deformation
zone as the Nor'Easter strengthens.
In many cases, this region does not
perform very well for central PA and we don't experience much of an
additional accumulation. But if this band of snow holds together,
eastern counties such as Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster and York counties
could see additional light accumulations.
We are watching this band of
moisture carefully, and we'll keep you posted.
Once the storm clears early tonight, winds of 10-15 mph will continue overnight.
I'm sure the last thing you want to hear is the chance for more snow.
A fast moving wave of low pressure that could bring additional snowfall
Friday night into Saturday morning. Several inches are possible.
post another discussion later this evening and give you more details.
