A Lebanon man has been charged with attempted homicide for stabbing another man during a fight inside a city bar Saturday night.
Michael Williams, 51, was additionally charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct for the incident at the Liberty Bar at 447 N. 9th Street, police said.
Williams had left the bar after arguing with the victim, identified as 42-year-old Patrick Embry of Lebanon, but returned a short time later and cut Embry in the head, shoulder and legs with a knife, police said.
Embry was transported to a hospital for emergency care. Police said his injuries were not life threatening.
Williams was still in the bar when officers arrived and was taken into custody. He was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Prison on $100,000 bail.
