An Enola woman was arrested after police say she used someone's identity to open a cell phone account.
Upper Allen Police received a complaint from the victim, who claimed that their personal information was being used fraudulently.
Following a police investigation, 56-year-old Linda C. Reid, of the 100 block of South Enola Road, was arrested at her home and charged with identity theft and theft by deception.
Reid was arraigned, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 7.
