Copper pipe stolen from vacant Lemoyne home

Officials with the West Shore Regional Police Department are searching for the person who broke into a vacant home and stole copper pipe.

Between February 6 and 20, someone forcibly entered a vacant home in the 800 block of Hummel Avenue through the rear door.

According to police, that person took a small quantity of 1/2" and 3/4" diameter copper pipe from the furnace and water supply system in the basement. Also taken was a brass water control valve from the furnace.
