MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Authorities have arrested two people and are looking for a third man accused of distributing heroin in Cumberland County.

Niles Anthony Levin, 30, of Mechanicsburg, and Patrick J. Molle, 32, of Carlisle, are in Cumberland County Prison while Noel Cuevas, 36, of Mt. Holly Springs, remains at large.

Cumberland County District Attorney David Freed said police also seized nearly 1,400 bags of heroin and four guns; two pistols, a pistol-grip shotgun and a military-style semi-automatic rifle.

Freed said the heroin was brought to Cumberland County from Philadelphia, and was wrapped in the pages of a Philly phone book.

He said police were able to seize the heroin, which was packaged for sale, before it hit the streets.

Molle was charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $40,000.

Levin was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $50,000.

Cuevas has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
