Lancaster police have arrested a man who was injured in a January shooting incident in the 400 block of South Queen Street.
Jovar Juwan Jackson, 19, was taken into custody Monday afternoon without incident, city police said.
Jackson was treated at Lancaster General Hospital for a gunshot wound to his right thigh Jan. 19, but did not cooperate with the investigation, according to police.
Police said they later determined that Jackson was in illegal possession of a gun when he accidentally shot himself.
He has been charged with reckless endangerment
and firearms not to be carried without a license.
