Coroner: Hypothermia likely had role in woman's death

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

Hypothermia probably played a role in the death of a woman found along Harrisburg's riverfront over the weekend, according to the coroner.

Dauphin County Coroner Graham Hetrick said 26-year-old Irene MacDonald was not dressed for the outdoors.

MacDonald's body was found in a parking lot in the 600 block of North Front Street early Saturday.

Hetrick said toxicology tests due in the next four to five weeks will tell whether drugs or alcohol were involved.

He said no signs of trauma were found during an autopsy Monday.
