York man injured in shooting

YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

York police are investigating a shooting incident that injured a city man early Tuesday.

Officers were dispatched to 677 E. Market Street shortly before 2 a.m. and found the victim, Nathaniel Rodriguez, sitting in his living room with what appeared to be one bullet would to both of his legs, police said.

Rodriguez was questioned about the incident but was unwilling to give any information, police said.

There was no evidence to suggest the incident took place in the residence, according to police.

Rodriguez was transported to York Hospital. His wounds were not life threatening.
