Police have identified two people jailed for criminal homicide and other charges after a fatal shooting Monday morning in South Lebanon Township.

Rick Lavar Cannon, 34, of Harrisburg, and Akeita Harden, 29, of Lebanon, were additionally charged with aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension and firearms violations, according to township police.

Cannon was also charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

Both are in Lebanon County Prison without bail for the deaths of Marcus Antonio Ortiz and Keith Crawford Jr., who died at hospitals after the shooting at 714 Fox Ridge Lane.

Authorities are still looking for a third suspect, Eddie Lee Williams Jr., who is also charged with homicide, aggravated assault and a firearms offense.

Cannon and Harden were arrested after a foot chase near 7th and Guilford streets in Lebanon, but Williams was able to get away.

According to court documents, a police officer saw the suspects leaving the scene of the shootings and followed them into the city until all three ran from their vehicle.

A handgun and cocaine was found in the car, the documents state.

The motive for the shootings is still under investigation.

Police said Williams has no known address, uses numerous birth dates which give him an age between 33 and 39, and goes by the following aliases: Touch, Sileem Underwood, Tyreem Lee Hanes, Swayton Smith, Tyrone Smith, Tyrell Johnson, Tyrone Jackson, Quadiir A. Jones, Marcus Williams, Aaron Williams, and Tyreem Haines.

Williams is considered armed and dangerous, police said.

The U.S. Marshals Service was looking for him in Harrisburg on Tuesday.
