The three candidates for a Pennsylvania Senate seat to be filled in a special election next week took part in a live debate Thursday.
Republican candidate Ron Miller, Democratic candidate Linda Small, and write-in candidate Scott Wagner answered questions on NewsRadio 910 WSBA.
The three are running for the 28th district seat in York County, which was vacated when former senator Mike Waugh resigned in January to become executive director of the Pennsylvania Farm Show.
The race has been heated, but things were civil when host Gary Sutton questioned the candidates about issues including the minimum wage and same-sex marriage.
The special election will be held March 18. Residents of the district can vote from 7 a.m. until the polls close at 8 p.m.
