A judge halted demolition of a Harrisburg church that partially collapsed last month.
Demolition of the church at 12th and Magnolia streets was supposed to wrap up Monday night, but the Victory Outreach Christian Church filed a temporary injunction.
That group's founder is also the owner of the church, Bishop A.E. Sullivan.
He was charged after police say he was warned several times the building needed to be demolished.
A hearing to decide the church's fate is scheduled for Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the people evacuated from nearby homes are not allowed back until the issue is resolved.
