CAMPBELLTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) -

UPDATE: Police have made a third arrest in connection with a robbery at a Hess Express in Campbelltown.

According to officials, 25-year-old Zachary Curtis Strawser of East Birch Street in Palmyra had driven two other men to and from the store. Randall Allen Madsen, 22, and Richard Lucas Fogleman, 19, both of Palmyra, have already been arrested.

Police said Strawser drove Madsen and Fogleman to an area just west of Hess Express in the 2900 block of Horseshoe Pike on March 16. Strawser dropped them off, then picked them up after the robbery.

Strawser was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery and taken to Lebanon County Central Booking. He was arraigned and incarcerated in Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Previously reported: Police have arrested two men for the weekend robbery of a Campbelltown convenience store.

Randall Allen Madsen, 22, and Richard Lucas Fogleman, 19, both of Palmyra, are in custody for the robbery at the Hess Express, at 2949 Horseshoe Pike, according to South Londonderry Township police.

Both have been charged with robbery and conspiracy.

Investigators said Madsen was arrested Thursday after he was identified through surveillance video from the store, and Fogleman turned himself in to police Friday on unrelated summary charges from Lancaster County.

Police said Fogleman was wearing a skeleton-style mask when he confronted the store clerk and claimed to have a gun, while Madsen acted as a lookout and helped to carry stolen merchandise that included cigarettes.

No gun was displayed during the crime, police said.
