YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

A York man has admitted to his role in a fatal shooting and carjacking more than a year ago.

Malcolm M. Bull, 20, pleaded guilty Monday to third-degree murder in the killing of Edward Leon Green. He also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery, according to court records.

His sentencing is scheduled April 30.

The gunman, 24-year-old Shamar A. McCowin of York, was formally sentenced Monday to life in prison. He was convicted Feb. 14 on charges of second-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Green died at a hospital after he was shot several times and robbed of his 2007 Toyota Camry in the 400 block of West Princess Street during the early morning of November 6, 2012.
