A Lebanon business owner has been arrested on allegations that he sexually assaulted a female employee over the last three months, according to police.
Mohammad Saleem, 42, of Myerstown, is accused of touching the employee inappropriately and forcing her into sexual acts, city police said in a news release Tuesday.
Saleem has a cell phone business in the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.
He was charged Friday with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and indecent assault and sent to Lebanon County Prison on $100,000 bail.
He has since posted bond and is awaiting a preliminary hearing set for April 4.
