A York County man has been arrested for drunk driving for the second time in two weeks, according to police.
Southern Regional police said they arrested 25-year-old Patrick K. Noll on Tuesday, 11 days after his DUI arrest on March 22.
Noll, of New Freedom, was following 24-year-old Sarah Francis when she struck and damaged four parked vehicles at E. Franklin Street and N. Constitution Avenue in the borough last month, police said.
Francis, who fled the scene of the crash, was also arrested for suspected DUI.
Noll was released on $2,000 unsecured bail. After his second arrest, bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.
