A York man was hospitalized in serious condition after a shooting in the city Thursday afternoon.
Investigators said Dontay Lowrie had some type of altercation with the shooter before the incident in the 100 block of Hamilton Street at 2:13 p.m.
Lowrie suffered multiple gun shot wounds and was transported to York Hospital.
Police said they made one arrest in the investigation. Juan Abel
Santiago, 20, was charged with firearms violations, possession with
intent to deliver cocaine, criminal trespass and recklessly endangering.
This investigation is not complete and police said they are attempting to
identify other participants in the shooting.
