CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

State police have identified a man who was wounded in a shooting incident during a domestic dispute in Franklin County early Sunday.

Thomas Olson, 51, remained hospitalized Monday in serious condition, according to state police spokesman Trooper Robert Hicks.

Olson was at his girlfriend's home in the 8100 block of Talhelm Road, two miles southeast of the village of Marion, when he was shot by 57-year-old Roy Adams, police said.

According to police, Adams still lived in the home with his ex-wife and returned to find her there with her Olson.

The two men got into a struggle, and Adams apparently shot Olson with a .25-caliber handgun and then fatally shot himself, police said.

The woman was not harmed.
