LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster woman was charged in a hit-and-run crash after she struck a parked vehicle and stopped only to pick up the pieces of her car, police said.

A criminal complaint charges 60-year-old Joyce N. Ndegwa with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, Manheim Township police said.

Ndegwa allegedly struck a parked vehicle Friday afternoon in a lot in the 2000 block of Fruitville Pike.

A woman who was sitting in the other car told officers that the driver stopped, picked up the pieces that came off her vehicle, and drove away from the scene, police said.

Police said they located Ndegwa's car nearby and identified Ndegwa as the driver.
