CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -

A man shot during a domestic incident in Franklin County early Sunday has died.

Thomas Olson, 51, was pronounced dead Monday morning, state police said Tuesday.

Olson was at his girlfriend's home in the 8100 block of Talhelm Road in Antrim Township, two miles southeast of the village of Marion, when he was shot by 57-year-old Roy Adams, police said.

According to police, Adams still lived in the home with his ex-wife and returned to find her there with her Olson.

The two men got into a struggle, and Adams apparently shot Olson with a .25-caliber handgun before fatally shooting himself, police said.

The woman was not harmed.
