Lemon Grass Vinaigrette over Shrimp Salad from 4/10/14

Lemon Grass Vinaigrette

  • 2 Tbsp. Tastealotta Thai Lemongrass Mint Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 4 mint leaves chiffon de
  • 4 Tbsp. Tastealotta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 1/8 tsp. hot sauce (sriracha)

 

Directions:

Use whish to mix Dijon, Tastealotta Thai Lemongrass Mint, garlic, red pepper flakes, mint and hot sauce until blended. Then, slowly pour Tastealotta Extra Virgin Olive Oil in blended mix until incorporated.

 

Shrimp salad

  • 5 large shrimp sautéed & chilled
  • 1 ½ oz mix greens
  • 5 thick sliced cucumbers
  • 1 oz. feta cheese
  • 4 grape tomato halved
  • 1 oz. toasted cashews rough chopped
