CARLISLE, Pa. (WHTM) -

Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in three Cumberland County bank robberies.

Investigators believe the same man is responsible for robberies in Boiling Springs and Mt. Holly Springs during the three weeks between Feb. 27 and March 18.

In each incident, the robber was described as a white male, 6'0" to 6'4" tall, with a slim to medium build. He appeared to walk with a limp, and covered his face with a black nylon mask, according to state police.

In the robbery of the M&T Bank at 1 Forge Road in Boiling Springs on the afternoon of Thursday, Feb. 27, police said the suspect was wearing a dark gray hoodie and carrying a black nylon bag when he demanded money from a teller.

The bank employee placed an undisclosed amount of money in the bag and the robber crossed Forge Road in his escape.

Police believe he struck again the morning of Friday, March 14 at the F&M Trust Bank at 3 East 1st Street in Boiling Springs.

He was again carrying a black nylon bag when he approached a teller and demanded that she give him money.

During the third robbery on the morning of Tuesday, March 18, a pink dye pack was activated and exploded on the bandit after he held up the M&T Bank at 631 Holly Pike in Mt. Holly Springs, police said.

He was carrying a yellow nylon bag when he demanded cash from a teller, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS.
