LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) -

A Lancaster teenager arrested for shooting another teen inside the Crispus Attucks Community Center last weekend is facing more charges for a shooting that critically injured a 14-year-old girl in January.

Lancaster police said they charged 16-year-old Ryan Rivera with aggravated assault, conspiracy, reckless endangerment, and firearms offenses for the shooting Jan. 28 in the 400 block of High Street.

A co-defendant, 17-year-old Curtis Anderson, was arrested January 30. Both teens have been charged as adults.

Police have said Anderson was involved in a gun battle with others when the victim, who had been walking with Anderson and other girls, was struck in the torso. They said she was not an intended target.

Rivera was arrested Tuesday on aggravated assault and firearms charges stemming from the shooting inside the community center Saturday night.

In that case, police said he shot another 16-year-old in the leg during a private party.

The victim was transported by ambulance to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment and was later released.
