Pickens County lawmen are looking for armed robbery suspects

PICKENS COUNTY - AL -

Pickens County Sheriff's Office want Karen Michelle Barker and Anthony Glenn Poe in custody.

Lawmen say the duo followed a lady home and robbed her as she exited her vehicle. It happened around 12pm on Friday along Reform-Gordo Road.

The victim, a 78-year old, sustained minor injuries during the crime.

Chief Deputy Greg Carr says that around 1:40pm in Northport, the suspects cashed a check that was taken from their victim.

Poe is 5'11, 175lbs with gray and black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in Smithville, MS.

Barker is 5'4', 115lbs with brown hair and green eyes. Her last known address is in Oxford, MS.

They were last seen driving an older silver Mercury Sable with a Mississippi license plate.
Police consider them armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is asked to call the Pickens County Sheriff's Office at 205-367-2000.
