Our weather pattern is in cruise control, and that's just the way we like it on a holiday weekend. Happy Easter and Passover to those that celebrate. The sunshine and mild temperatures this weekend will continue right into Monday before a little cooldown by midweek.
First thing's first: with clear skies in place overnight some areas may dip far enough into the 30s to create the potential for patchy frost. Take precaution if you have any plants outside that may not want that occasional Spring chill! Temperatures rebound nicely on Monday. We climb back to near 70 degrees under sunny skies.
Our next chance of rain arrives in the form of scattered showers early Tuesday afternoon. The rain won't amount to much, but should dampen the ground with a couple tenths of an inch of rainfall. The rain arrives along a cold front that will make for a cooler Wednesday with highs only into the upper 50s for a breezy afternoon.
Late in the week conditions improve and even turn rather warm with highs into the mid 70s. Even a thunderstorm may pop up with some showers Friday afternoon. The weekend is leaning toward being seasonable and mainly dry.
