Officials in York say a fire that displaced five people and killed a dog was ruled arson.
The fire began late in the evening on Friday in the first block of South Hartley Street in York. None of the people inside the home were injured, but a dog died in the blaze.
Authorities said the fire caused $15,000 in damage.
The Red Cross is assisting those displaced.
