YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -
The York County coroner has ruled the death of a man injured in a 1992 shooting, a homicide.
Officials say Juan Sanchez, 36, was left paralyzed after being shot in June of 1992. Sanchez died last February and his autopsy indicates his death was a result of complications from the wound, according to Coroner Pam Gay.
At this time, District Attorney Tom Kearney says his office is considering filing homicide charges in the 22-year-old case.
