ABC's Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Stilton Bleu Cheese

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Stilton Bleu Cheese from 4/23/14

Ingredients:

  • 4 (8 oz.) Beef Flat Iron Steaks
  • 4 TTbs Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Sea Salt and Cracked Peppercorn
  • 8 oz. of Stilton Bleu Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese

Directions:

  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste on both sides of the steak.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, and then flip steak to other side.
  • Grill for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove steak from the grill and place on a platter and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  • Add 2 oz. of Stilton Bleu cheese on steaks while still hot and serve with your favorite side items.
