YORK, Pa. (WHTM) -

Police have arrested a former Penn State student for the April 19 vandalism and burglary at the Penn State York Campus.

Noel N. Crespi, 19, of York, was arrested and charged with burglary, institutional vandalism and criminal mischief.

The incident happened on April 19 at the Main Classroom Building and the John J. Romano Administration Building on campus.

Officials say the exterior and interior windows and a vending machine were damaged and items were torn from the walls.

The damage is estimated at more than $20,000.
