Danville, VA - A Danville man is in custody after police say he sold counterfeit goods.

Police say 36-year-old Same Kontae is charged with two felony counts of knowingly selling counterfeit goods. Danville Police say a representative from North Face contacted them about counterfeit goods being sold in Danville.

Police say the investigation led to search warrants being served at a business in the 2300 block of South Boston Road and another on the 600 block of Westover Drive.

They say many counterfeit goods were seized, things like clothing, CDs, and DVDs. The investigation is continuing.
