Susquehanna Township's board of school directors will vote on a new acting superintendent tonight.
The board is expected to approve the appointment of Jeffrey Miller.
Miller previously served as superintendent of the Lower Dauphin School District for 12 years, followed by four years as superintendent at Methacton School District in Montgomery County.
Susquehanna Township's former superintendent, Dr. Susan Kegerise, was ousted last month.
She filed a $6 million lawsuit against the school district that claimed gender, age and racial discrimination, and the board interpreted part of that suit as her resignation.
Kegerise disagrees and is asking a county judge to reinstate her.
Tonight's meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.
3235 Hoffman Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110
