A Dauphin County man and a 17-year-old were arrested after police say they sold marijuana to an undercover detective in Elizabethtown.
Kyle Garrett Smith, 24, and the unidentified teen, both of Middletown, were arrested Friday on charges of delivery of marijuana and criminal conspiracy to deliver marijuana, according to the Lancaster County Drug Task Force.
The undercover detective had contacted the teenage boy, who was identified as a marijuana dealer during a previous investigation, and the teen agreed to deliver up to four pounds of pot.
Smith drove the teen to Elizabethtown, and both were arrested after selling the detective a large plastic container containing about two pounds of marijuana, authorities said.
The teen was sent to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center. Smith was released on $3,000 unsecured bail.
