A Lancaster couple was arrested after authorities raided their apartment and allegedly seized over $9,000 worth of heroin.
Tracey Lynn Gerena and Luis Guillermo Torruellas-Velazquez, both 44, were suspected of selling heroin from the apartment in the 200 block of E. Filbert Street and were the focus of a two-month investigation, according to the Lancaster County Drug Task Force.
Detectives said they found 473 individual packets of heroin throughout the apartment, paraphernalia used for packaging heroin, a small amount of cocaine and marijuana, and more than 4,300 in cash.
Both were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of cocaine.
Gerena was committed to Lancaster County Prison on $250,000 cash bail and Torruellas-Velazquez was being held on $500,000 cash bail.
